  Had 4 LDT facial treatments by Dr. Michalak. I was extremely happy with the results. The staff were always pleasant and I will be coming back. Just wish they were open a little later so I can make appointments after work. Worth it though.

  On my annual exam for recurring skin moles, Stacey, PA-C, disovered a suspicious mole. The subsequent biopsy indicated the mole was cancerous and required a further procedure to remove the mole and surrounding tissue to eradicate the cancer. Dr. Michalak performed the surgery in his Issquah outpatient surgery suite and the resulting pathology report was negative for any remaining cancer. Thanks to Stacey and Dr. Michalak, the cancer was identified at an early stage, thereby avoiding more serious issues later. I have been a patient of Dr. Michalak for several years and have had other procedures, all of which, like this most recent one, were performed successfully and professionally. Dr. Michalak and his staff are efficient and caring and I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking cosmetic surgery or dermatological care.
