- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Today was my first time here. In a nutshell: welcoming atmosphere, pleasant experience, and awesome staff! From Ashley who provided info on my insurance coverage and set up appointment for me, to Bekah , the hygienist who did an excellent job of cleaning and explaining everything. And Of course Dr. Oleg: super nice, at the same time very professional. Also, had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Nikole and Dr. Sakai and found them to be very pleasant. Their work in the more than 2 years I have been in their care has been the best I've ever had. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I feel like I hate dentist visits more than most people. I've had several traumatic (though actually harmless) experiences as a child visiting the dentist, and I've never overcome my adversity to the sharp pains that only cold needles and drills can inflict when they're poking around in your mouth. In my experience, all dentist visits necessarily involve SOME sort of pain, at least, that's what I thought until I visited Dr. Laurianne Sakai. Dr. Sakai was not only kind, answering questions very knowledgeably and making every effort to ensure my comfort through EVERY STEP of the procedure, but I sat through the drilling and filling of two cavities without once flinching or getting tense. In other words, it was painless. In fact, I was uncharacteristically relaxed throughout the whole time I sat in her dentist chair. She has an amazing bedside manner, warm professionalism, and a gentle touch. The staff and assistants were friendly and insurance/paperwork was easy.
