  Just looking to gouge people for more money. Went in to just get a cleaning because that is what my insurance pays for. But they want to do a deep cleaning because its almost $600 extra that is not covered by insurance. I have never had a cavity in my life and I am 61. I do not have a problem with bleeding gums or sensitivity either. I told them I could not afford it and just need a regular cleaning. They said it was the deep cleaning or nothing.. I took the nothing and left with only an xray when i walked in the door which I didn't need anyway but they can charge the insurance company more if they do it. I'm sure they will charge the insurance company for a full checkup when they did almost nothing. Turns out I am not the only one that has an issue with 'deep cleaning' go to google and search: 'Dental Deep Cleaning scam' and see for yourself.

  This place is more of sales people than dentists. Be prepared if you are a new customer here. You will get sales pitch like oral cancer exam, deep cleaning, and some other treatments that you have never heard of before which will cost you hundreds of dollars out of pocket. My wife and I were never recommended these kind of exams or treatments from our previous dentists. Receptionists are unfriendly and Dr. Kim is not so trustworthy. We hated this place so much that we forewent cleaning for over one year while we still had insurance. The only reason we came back recently was because this was the most convenient location, and we will see what changed. I am sure they will lose more customers and income than the money that they extort from customers.
